Always Abundantly Blessed: Goodbye Spring Hello Summer

The last two weeks have been filled with lots of memory making fun. We have said goodbye to spring and hello to summer.

It has been a rainy cool spring,so were were behind on gardening. Early last week we finally experienced "blackberry winter" as my family calls it. On that note, we spent the better part of last week working in the yard and on the gardens. I was deterimined to get it in the ground before our traditional"end of spring and beginning of summer" and school was out on Friday.

So we spent a very busy week of planting and getting very dirty, but we did it! The kids had a great time planting and were A LOT of help this year.

We're So Tired!

I think all the planting has driven us crazy!

After school was out we welcomed the unofficial start to summer with a quick trip to Florida! It was rainy but lots of fun none the less. Summer is on its way and we can't wait!
